Work-Based Learning

How do we support schools and other community-based organizations that work with kids?

Trendlines Colorado supports school systems to create dynamic career pathways with specialized services in work-based learning. This includes support with building career exploration programming, internship programs, summer career camps, elevated college exploration programs, as well as entrepreneurship programs where students learn how to create and launch a business.

Many businesses, training organizations, higher education institutions, and other entities want to attract students to their programs and build their talent pipelines, but they often struggle to engage their target audiences effectively. Traditional methods like career fairs and school visits are becoming less effective in capturing the interest of students. To solve this challenge, Trendlines partners with these organizations to develop work-based learning programs that are more attractive to students, enabling them to begin building their talent pipelines more effectively.
