    At Trendlines, we are the driving force behind connecting young talent with incredible opportunities. Our dedicated team is here to guide students every step of the way, making their journey into non-traditional post-secondary pathways a seamless and transformative experience.

    Designing Unforgettable Experiences: Working hand-in-hand with our training organizations and employer partners, we design events that are both highly engaging and incredibly informative. These events are carefully crafted to provide students with a real-world look into their future careers. This helps students make informed choices about career pathway options.

    Creating Connections: We actively seek out and build relationships with training organizations and employers who are enthusiastic about hosting students for engaging career exploration events. These connections are the foundation of the incredible opportunities we offer.

    Streamlined Transitions: We understand that navigating the training organization application process can be daunting. Our team ensures that students have a streamlined way to understand and complete the application process, making the transition into their chosen programs as smooth as possible.

    Preparation and Communication: We work closely with schools and students to ensure they are well-prepared for the exploration opportunity. Our clear and effective communication prepares them for the experience and makes sure they know what to expect. We support schools in planning some of the logistics for the experience.

    Continuous Improvement: We are dedicated to the ongoing success of our programs. After each event, we evaluate its effectiveness and make improvements as needed to ensure that we're providing the best possible experiences.

Qualifying for a partnership with Trendlines requires providing data that supports program completion rates, job placement rates, and wage attainment figures. Together with our training partners, we organize 1-3 onsite career exploration days, where students get the opportunity to immerse themselves in their future careers. These experiences offer invaluable insights and inspiration.

    Connecting Talent with Employers: Our training partners help us bridge the gap between education and employment. They connect Trendlines with 1-2 employers, enabling us to create onsite exploration days with these organizations. These connections are a stepping stone to real-world opportunities.

    Streamlined Application Process: We understand the importance of a seamless transition into training programs. Our partners provide a streamlined way for interested students to apply, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment they express interest to the day they step into the classroom.

    Tracking Success: Success is in the details. Our training partners work closely with Trendlines' case managers to track outcomes for students. This collaborative effort ensures that we are continuously improving and adapting our programs to better serve the needs of our students.

    At Trendlines, we are fortunate to collaborate with a dedicated network of school partners who play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of aspiring young talent. Schools provide us with access to students who are ready to embark on a non-traditional post-secondary pathway.

    Spotting Potential: School partners are the eyes and ears on the ground, identifying graduating seniors who have expressed an interest in pursuing non-traditional post-secondary paths or students who may not yet have a clear plan for their future. They work hand-in-hand with various tools such as ICAP, college centers, counselors, and other trusted sources to spot the potential in every student.

    Collaborative Approach: We believe in the power of collaboration. Schools work closely with Trendlines to organize a structured program. During this period, Trendlines employees connect with students on-site, both during and after school, to provide guidance and support.

    Beyond the Classroom: We understand the importance of real-world experience. Our school partners work with Trendlines to organize logistics for students to participate in off-site career exploration events. These experiences offer invaluable insights and inspiration, showcasing the vast array of opportunities available to them.

    Building Soft Skills: Success is not only about technical knowledge but also about soft skills. School partners lead or collaborate with Trendlines staff members in implementing soft-skills training curricula, equipping students with the essential skills they need to excel in their chosen careers.

    Supporting the Journey: School partners assist Trendlines in the critical process of following up with students on their training organization applications. This support ensures that students are guided through the application process and have a smoother transition into their chosen programs.
