Ez combines a passion for education with his experience in the business world, coming to the field after earning his M.B.A. and working as a Small Business Banker.

Ez worked for Denver Public Schools for almost eight years, where he built and managed Career Exploration programming. He would eventually become a Senior Manager on the DPS Career and College Success operations team where he managed partnerships, oversaw STEM building improvement projects, and led aspects of DEI work.

Ez is a graduate of Howard University and earned his M.B.A. from San Diego State University. He most enjoys being a father and spending his free time coaching youth sports.

Eliza brings eight years of experience in the public education sector. After working in several industries, she found her passion for public education while teaching in South Korea and volunteering for the Boys and Girls Club of Denver.

Eliza led concurrent enrollment programming at Denver Public Schools and was crucial in growing coverage to all students and all high schools. She also served as the Director of Operations at Zero Dropouts, where she built infrastructure and systems for the burgeoning company. Being close to her community and working with young people is her driving force.

Eliza has an M.B.A. and bachelors degree from the University of Denver and has lived in Colorado for over twenty-five years. She loves all of the outdoor adventures the state of Colorado has to offer and spends as much of her free time barefoot and outside.
